The warehouse is on the ground floor and there are no staircases in the venue, making it completely wheelchair accessible. There is a disabled toilet with plenty of space. In general, we have done our best to comply with the Equality Act 2010 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 to make the venue accessible and usable by people suffering from disabilities.
Our staff are always happy to help in whatever way we can. However, not every staff member will be able to help with every request, given their level of experience, training, and qualifications. Please do bear with us as we seek to improve the training that we can provide for our staff members.
Please be aware that if our staff members are not sure how they can include a disabled person in an activity safely, we may have to apologise and say that our level of training does not allow for your safe participation. If you would like to participate in an activity, but are unsure if our staff would be able to include you in the session, please feel free to contact us using the contact form at the bottom of this page and we would be happy to discuss matters with you in advance.
The parking spaces directly outside the venue are not specifically marked for disabled use, but there are several disabled parking spaces just across the road on the southern end of Commerce Street, close to and within sight of the venue.
