If you would like to contact one of our affiliated clubs, then you need to contact that club directly – we do not run these clubs and cannot answer your questions about them.

We do run the Vanguard Centre in Glasgow and Liverpool HEMA in Liverpool, but please consult these websites first, since more detailed information about each club can be found on each club’s own website.
