The goal of this video course is to equip you with a variety of exercises that you can use to loosen off your body after a long day sitting at the computer, or after a long drive, or after using your phone for longer than is healthy, or after spending a day in airports and travelling by plane.

I want to share some of the motions that I use with my clubs to loosen off my various muscles and joints after a long day.

I am not trying to share exercises to build your power or explosive strength, nor am I trying to share exercises to achieve anything else – these exercises and the methods of performing them are what I do to loosen off my body after a day of sitting or working or otherwise generally becoming stiffer than I would like. Other exercises will be more appropriate if you want to build your strength so that you can lift heavier things.

It will be useful to keep this in mind as you go through the videos so that you can understand why they show this method instead of any other method. If you want to achieve a different goal beyond a simple loosening off after a long day, then you should seek professional advice from a specialist who can help you achieve your goals.
