About the Scottish Culture Series
The Scottish Culture Series currently includes two books: The Scottish Highlander: In Anecdote and Story, and Old Scottish Customs: Local and General.
These books are reproductions of works about Scottish history and culture that have been published over the last few hundred years. They serve to bring attention to lesser-known elements of Scottish culture and can be entertaining while helping to show where many modern beliefs or traditions come from.
