If you have had a successful employment or internship with us within the past two years, then we will be more than happy to write you a reference for employment or further education. Please email us to let us know if you will be using us for a reference, so that we can expect an email or letter to arrive about it. If any such emails or letters arrive without our prior knowledge, we will discard them and ignore them.
If you have not had a successful employment or internship successfully with us in the past two years, we are unable to provide you with references for employment or further education. Being a club leader, instructor, or committee member in an affiliated club does not count as employment in our company.
Filling out reference forms can be a time consuming process: some forms take half an hour to complete, and other procedures sometimes take three hours or more to complete. We simply cannot offer this time to everyone who may request a written reference from us, as we would not have time left to do any of our own work. As a result, we cannot provide references for anyone who has not given a substantial service to the organisation over the last two years.
