Description
Indian clubs are quite simple tools that have been used for hundreds of years for health and physical development. They are becoming popular again today and many people are including them in physical training routines.
By taking up the practice of Indian clubs, you can:
- improve your physical coordination and proprioception
- improve your balance and core stability
- mobilise your joints and improve your flexibility
- stretch and loosen off various parts of the body after a long day of work
- make it more interesting and more fun to do some exercising, stretching, and mobilisation
The goal of this video course is to equip you with a variety of exercises that you can use to loosen off your body after a long day sitting at the computer, or after a long drive, or after using your phone for longer than is healthy, or after spending a day in airports and travelling by plane.
I want to share some of the motions that I use with my clubs to loosen off my various muscles and joints after a long day. There are also some sample exercise routines at the end of the course.
The lesson for each technique is delivered through written instructions (with plenty of details), supported by short video clips to help demonstrate the lesson. You will find more than 28 minutes’ worth of video footage to accompany the written instructions!
